• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review carefully and contact us immediately at reraniltd@outlook.com if any corrections are needed.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 working days. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
• Payment Methods: We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and secure online payment gateways. All transactions are processed in GBP (£) by default.
• International Orders: For customers outside the UK, payments will be processed in GBP (£) and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank or provider.
• Failed Transactions: If a payment is declined, the order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will be processed and fall under our Exchange and Refund Policies.
